Runtime directive AddModule should be removed.

Summary: Runtime directive AddModule should be removed.
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.35
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: rthomas-contrib@liveintellect.org

When httpd.conf contains AddModule for Apache 2.x, the server will not start
and reports invalid command 'AddModule'. Apparently AddModule is no longer
valid in 2.0 but remains in the 2.0 docs. Perhaps it should be removed.
