[ANNOUNCE] MyFaces Default Site Skin v2 Release

The Apache MyFaces team is pleased to announce the release of MyFaces
Default Site Skin v2.

This project contains the default maven site-skin for the
myfaces.apache.org site.

MyFaces Default Site Skin v2 is available in the central Maven
repository under Group ID "org.apache.myfaces.maven".

The release contains three new logos (CODI, ExtVal and Ext-Scripting).
In addition some missing license headers have also been added to the
existing files.
