M1-Incubating now available

Hi all,
     I put the release files onto the Apache server last now, and now 
the files are available on the mirrors. That allowed me to fill in our 
downloads page, which is here:

     http://incubator.apache.org/kato/site/downloads.html

The question now is, what are we going to do now the release is available?

Hi,
     I am set up to fiddle with the website and wiki, so I think I'll 
play around with that next.
I'll also see about creating the JIRA items I'd like. My JIRA access 
might need tweaking
so I can work on them.

I think that the next things we should do - in no particular order are

1 - Do another release with the eclipse plugins sorted out
2 - Take the snapshot implementation ideas coming on the spec list and
create a first attempt of an implementation
3 - Create downloadable - out of the box - experience
4 - Have a more interesting website :-)
5 - Create jira items for all these and any other items we need doing
6 - Write the wish list on the wiki
