CVS Tagging W3C WSDL 2.0 Test Suite
I updated the FAQ to describe the process for tagging the latest stable
version of the Test Suite. [1]

Arthur, thanks for the info. But ... the test-suite.properties file
indicates v20070104T1532 is the latest stable level, but CVS is tagged
with v20060104T1532 - early January blues perhaps.
