WSDD referance

Hi

q1) Anybody knows where i can find WSDD referance (kind of spec) other
than the axis referance guide. I want to know synatx and symantics of
the each tag.  

q2) What is the type(global/transport/service) of the  handler if the
handler tag is in the server-config.wsdd file as a direct child of
deployment element. I belive there are three types of handlers exits.
