when calling isResourceType within a service resolver i new resource resolver session is tried to create internally - and this currently fails when using the JCR_OAK resource resolver type with an error like this:

* Use the AemContext rule with ResourceResolverType.JCR_OAK.
* Get a service session using the SlingRepository service. (Note that internally the call to loginService is translated to a call to loginAdministrative by the OakMockSlingRepository thus effectively returning an admin session)
* Use the ResourceResolverFactory service to get a service ResourceResolver based on the above service session.
* Use the service ResourceResolver to get a Resource.
* Call isResourceType() method on the resource.
* The following exception will be thrown:
