Furthermore, email to committers-owner@ is delivered, not to the list moderators, but to the Mailbox file in ~apmail/lists-m/apache.org/committers/ on minotaur.  The 'owner' file points to the Mailbox, not to the mods. Suggestion is to have -owner@ mail delivered to the moderators, just like for any other list.

I haven't tested committers-cvs-owner@.

(And there is ~/.qmail-committers-owner too, I don't know if it's relevant.)
