I added a few more cleanups, committed in rev 232570:
1) Removed derby/site/build/tmp cruft from svn. It was a leftover from the newbie days when I checked *everything* in.
2) derby-web: Updated more 0.6 references to 0.7.
3) Moved DOTS_Derby.htm down into the integrate subdirectory, which is where
   it belongs. It was one level up because I didn't understand at the time where to put it.
4) Moved *.ihtml files to *.ihtml (ihtml files work in 0.7 but are deprecated).

I'm hoping these cleanups will make it easier for others to modify the web site.
