[vfs] porting sftp from JSch to Sshtools

I've been working around/with sftp for a little while, and JSch is a bit hard to work with. I've contacted the maintainer of Sshtools and he has agreed to make his java ssh library, J2SSH (http://www.sshtools.com/) available via an Apache friendly license (he's currently LGPL) if we ported VFS over to it.

I'd be happy to do this port, as long as I thought it would get commited. Motivation for me is mainly that J2SSH is more actively maintained, and the code is far cleaner. Both libraries are young and have their small problems. But finding and fixing bugs in J2SSH is far easier.

On a side note, the Sshtools maintainer said other jakarta projects that have sought a better implementation of SSH but the license stopped them. This might help them out as well.

Any thoughts?
