Actions Required After Pulling Latest Update

Good afternoon,

We just merged a new PR <https://github.com/apache/texera/pull/4185> that
adds a new user registration modal. Please do the followings to incorporate
with the new changes:

   - Apply sql/updates/21.sql to your local postgres instance
   - Run
   common/dao/src/main/scala/org/apache/texera/dao/JooqCodeGenerator.scala to
   generate jooq tables
