mod_jk2

We are useing Apache 2 and Tomcat.
Is mod_jk2 the best connector for use for ISP:s that need to host many diffrent
virtual webs on the same server?

Can someone give me tips for how to setup a secure enviroment for ISP:s?
Should I load a new tomcat for every virtual web? I need my customers to be able to 
stop start load webbapps.

I believe that the latter requires the former.  The current admin webapp is
not per-host, AFAIK.
