Release versioning instructions
Julia,
Once the Release is finalized, can you please add instructions for version numbers on our cwiki? As a future release manager, I'd like to know (for both Java and .NET):
- Where to change version numbers on the release branch for the source release
- Where to change version numbers for the binary staging and release
- Where to change version numbers on the master branch to start development of the next version
If you can link to all relevant JIRAs where this is going on, with the general concept behind them it will probably help a lot. (It's probably too much text to explain verbatim where to change things.)
