Updated intial work for this issue reflecting to BOOKKEEPER-247.

ALso did a basic integration test with Rakesh's Auditor patch and replication worker thread.

There are some gaps found in this patch related to ensemble identification with firstStoredLedgerEntryID. Will fix that in next version of the patch. This patch will be for direction/approach review.
