are there any tld converter

Hi,

    I am developing some custom tags and want to validate them using the 
Tagunit framework. The problem is that my tags are of 1.1, but tagunit 
supports only version 1.2.  I have more than 5 tld files and changing 
them to the latest version is difficult. Is there any tool which 
converts a tld file from taglibrary version 1.1 to version 1.2
