#1) When using latest nightly the new file name is Axis2SampleDocLitServiceStub.java please use that.
#2) For the second, use the following command line.

-d xmlbeans -p com.sample -ss -sd -g -uri c:\APACHE\axis2\modules\samples\wsdl\Axis2SampleDocLit.wsdl -pn Axis2SampleDocLitPort

the name of the port are the ones under /definitions/service/port/@name in the wsdl.
