ConcurrentUpdateSolrServer with timeout on flushing ?

Is there any possibility to use the solrj ConcurrentUpdateSolrServer to flush
its queue on two conditions , queue is full OR a timeout occurs ? (e.g. 2
Minutes no new documents , so lets flush )
