Domoware Repository Outage

Hi All,

	The Domoware repository which is used to retrive some artefact for the 
UPnP modules of the Felix project is temporary out of service, so if you 
  checkout the SVN Felix repository and you try to build Felix from 
scratch, the building of the UPnP modules may fails.

	Domoware repository will be up and working again in next 24h.
