There is incorrect rendering of SVG paths withPDF transcoder in some cases :
- example 1 : path is magnified and rotated in the PDF document, the stroke
width is modified too
- example 2 : "artefact" in the resulting PDF document 

See attached files fop-test1.svg and fop-test2.svg. These examples are coming
from Java code rendered and converted to SVG through Batik. The resulting SVG
files were simplified to show the effect.
