I wrote a simple java class to work around this issue and make the xlsx files
generated by POI compatible with OpenOffice.  We use it when generating all of
our xlsx files as an interim solution while the OpenOffice bug sits there and
does nothing :-)  It is attached as OpenOfficeXlsxRepair.java
