POPFetcher and Building James

I posted a bug to this list a while ago, and heard it was fixed.  But, since
no new release has been made, I can't download binaries.

Just how involved is it to get everything I need out of CVS (I'm a novice to
CVS at best) and build it?

Are there any plans to ever do nightly builds for James?
