Yes...committed. I noticed once I finally had time to pull down
the latest dev version. 8)
This patch cleans up the environment list to make it alphabetical
(read as "coder-friendly parsing") as well as to add the extra environment
variables listed by Mark Slemko. The other change is to loop through
argv[], setting them to NULL to ensure that no command line arguments are
passed to the exec()ing CGI process.
