  Log:
  import initial (somewhat dodgy) maven 1.x integration component
  I need to work towards getting this to run deeper so there is no system.exit
  but want to remain compatible with Maven 1.0.
  Also would like to then read maven-1.0.pom and pull down the dependencies so a local installation is not needed
