Kandula and one-way transactional operations

There is a problem with one-way operations since response handlers are not 
invoked. As a result the transaction context of a thread used to service such 
an operation is not suspended once the operation completes.

If anyone is using the current build a workaround would be to suspended the tx 
context at the end of the operation but this is not at all acceptable.

Any idea's on a way to get around this problem are welcome!
