[jira] [Created] (AIRAVATA-222) Workflow launch input box requires
inserting xml wrapper elements
Workflow launch input box requires inserting xml wrapper elements
-----------------------------------------------------------------
Key: AIRAVATA-222
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AIRAVATA-222
Project: Airavata
Issue Type: Improvement
Environment: NA
Reporter: Chathura Herath
When the user try to launch a workflow the input dialog XBaya pops up requires the input to be the xml string that should go in the body of the SOAP message. The wrapper elements that the users are required to can be generated by looking at the WSDL message element, thus should not be prompted to type xml for all the simple input types and their array types.
Array convention that was followed was to have comma separated values. May be a improvement is to have a table input panel similat to one found in the Service Description registration dialog, so we need not honor special control characters.
