    Resolution: Won't Fix

In cordova-cli 2.9.1 we have removed ripple from the tools as it does not work on windows properly.

Until that can be resolved, we cannot support ripple.

I'm sure this can be worked around with apache and various proxy settings, but allowing the emulate to pass more settings like domain would allow for the browser to honor cookies when testing.
