[jira] [Commented] (TIKA-1821) Problem in Tika().detect for xml file signed in CADES

Michele Andreano commented on TIKA-1821:
----------------------------------------

I have a problem similar to that of Alessandro.

When I submit a tika a xml file signed in P7M format, I expect tika return as mimetype application / pkcs7-mime instead gives me application / pkcs7-signature.

How is it possible?

> We have a xml file with base64 attachment signed with CADES signature.
> In this case TIKA recognize the resulted file mime type as "text/plain" and not "application/pkcs7-signature" as we expected.
