cdljn2011 opened a new issue, #13580:

   In the paddlepaddle.py  to do Model conversion where, Encountered many phenomena not supported by operators.
   
   The TVM Can will add the conversion of support operator later.
   Or , The TVM Can provide specific methods for conversion.
   
   Unsupported operator list as:
      1) nms / multiclass_nms / multiclass_nms3 / matrix_nms
      2) yolo_box / prior_box  /yolo_loss/ box_coder
      3) deform_conv2d / topk2
   and so on.
