The recording you attached ({{video}}) only contains mouse events. It contains no graphical information whatsoever, hence the lack of graphics in the result from guacenc. I recommend double-checking your connection parameters to see whether you might have accidentally checked the "Exclude graphics/streams" option, as doing so would produce a recording like you provided.

Retesting 1.0.0, recordings are correctly captured and guacenc correctly converts those recordings to m4v. There does not appear to be an issue.
