Giving access to http://xml.apache.org/cocoon to Diana Shannon

Dear root@apache.org,

could you please allow Diana Shannon (shannon@apache.org) to access
Deadalus in order to 
maintain the http://xml.apache.org/cocoon web space? she is our
documentation coordinator and would be very valuable for her to have
direct access to that space, even before other efforts (such as Forrest)
are made in place.
