[ACS 421] Upgrade testing
Hi All,
Want to check if anyone is testing upgrades from prior versions to 4.2.1. As Release date is getting close, If there are gaps, would like to cover some scenarios in our lab.

Hi Daan,
Bugs (CLOUDSTACK-5042/5076/4923) are fixed.
The only problem is what Sheng mentioned (http://cloudstack.markmail.org/message/t7ntzxn43fawknqi)

Yes, I think there are still some critical tickets in Jira, will wait till
all of them are resolved.
Also I am following up with Sudha it appears that things are stable, but
still will wait for a green signal from her and a clean Jira as min
condition to cut an RC.

An "RC" here is really a release artifact that's being voted on, so
no... please don't do that until you are satisfied that we are ready to
start voting. Unlike past releases, it looks like we *as a community*
are actually testing a bug-fix release before voting starts. Let's
continue to engender this approach!

Here is the latest RPMs from the 4.2 branch in a yum repo.

Disclaimer: Not a release, much less an Apache release; ymmv; this
