Environment: cross compiler like arm-linux-gcc

Description:
For working with cross compilers like arm-linux-gcc a newer version of cpptasks is necessary. See http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MAVENUPLOAD-114

Without cpptasks-1.0b3 no cross compiler like <target>-gcc are supported.
