### What would you like to happen?
From Python 3.9 on, `typing` types are deprecated in favor of `builtin` and `collections.abc` types. Beam was updated to support `collections.abc.Iterator`, `collections.abc.Generator`, and `collections.abc.Iterable`, but other collections types are not translated. This can lead to strange mismatches between compatible types, like `collections.abc.Set` and `collections.abc.MutableSet`. All `collections.abc` types should be supported in some way to prevent unexpected incompatibilities.
