Thanks for catching this issue [~akchin]. This bug applies to ultrasparse-dense matrix-matrix multiplications A%*%B if all of the the following properties are met: nrow(A)<=16, ncol(B)>1, and nrow(A)<nrow(B) as well as some output size constraints.
