cant find the jk_nt_service.exe file

Hi, I am trying to set up apache and Tomcat on a Windows 2000 box.
To get everything running I should run jk_nt_service.exe but I cannot seem
to find it anywhere.
any ideas?

p.s. I did check in the %tomcat%\conf directory
