Google Open Source Security Team

As Mark mentioned in his first post to this list (
https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/r9ee6fa5c50c040416dc7fb5c675a39c76e9683ca9d53b29f92c1a889%40%3Csecurity-discuss.community.apache.org%3E),
the US are getting serious about supply chain security.

Google has pledged a lot of money to this cause - and so the GOSST team
would love to have a discussion with anyone at Apache about what might be
useful to the ASF.
