Addition to Kafka client page

Hi,
I want to make an addition to the KAFKA clients page for R language.
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/KAFKA/Clients

I have published a package in 2017 - rkafka and has decent usage. It's the
only Kafka client in R.
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/rkafka/index.html

It works with Kafka 0.8.1.X. I am working on adding support for KAFKA 2.0
to this package.

If it's alright with the developers at Kafka community, please grant me
permission to modify the wiki page and make this addition.
