  I'll mark this NEEDINFO - no response to the snapshot provided.

  It's also possible that large 'error response' caches were causing
  the problem, and I'm working on a fix for that (to have ASP.NET serve
  it's own preferred error pages).  That would coincide with the user's
  observation that setting the page to 'debug' would cause more issues
  with the ASP.NET handler's state.
