Segmentation fault (core dumped) error message

Hi all,


I installed batik-1.1.1 (binary distribution) on linux box and tried to run
this command : java -jar batik-rasterizer.jar samples/batikFX.svg
to rasterize the sample image
It did not work for me; here is the error message that I got:
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

My system: OS - Red Hat 7.1, JDK1.4;

I also installed Batik on Windows NT and everything seems to be working fine

What am I doing wrong? Why is not working on Linux?
