   @lkokhreidze Thank you for the PR!
   This is quite a large PR. Could you split it up into smaller PRs that are easier to review?
   One option could be to have a separate PR for:
   - standby task assignor
   - config changes 
   - subscription info changes
   - ... 
   
   Opening small PRs usually increases the review quality and decreases time to the first review.
