managerapp and ant

Hello,

I've tried to deploy webapp with ant and I've failed.

I've used example build.xml from:
http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-4.1-doc/manager-howto.html

I've copied catalina-ant.jar to ant\lib and when I've tied to use ant
it displays error:
file:D:/...../src/build.xml:16: taskdef class 
org.apache.catalina.ant.DeployTask cannot be found

I've tried ant 1.4.1 and 1.5.3, I've added catalina-ant.jar to classpath 
and nothing .... can someone help me??? Do I've made any error???

My environment Windows Me, tomcat 4.1.23, jdk.1.4.1_02, ant 1.4.1 and 1.5.3
