getting permission to add KIP

Hey there,

my name is Boyang who is contributing to Kafka Streams. My user ID is bchen225242, and this is my registered email. Could I get the permission to create KIP page?

If you are on the list, you should get copies of the emails you sent
into your inbox.

If subscribing to the list did not work, try to subscribe again.
Instructions are on the Kafka web page: https://kafka.apache.org/contact

Permissions to create a KIP are independent from dev/user list
subscription. And mailing list subscriptions are self-service in
contrast to Wiki permissions.
