Regarding java.security.PrivilegedActionException

Hi,

I am trying to create derby database using ofbiz. I am getting below 
error. Please do needful to me.

Could not connect to New Derby.
Error creating SQL Model Connection connection to New Derby. (Error: 
java.security.PrivilegedActionException : Error opening socket to server 
localhost on port 1527 with message : null)
java.security.PrivilegedActionException : Error opening socket to server 
localhost on port 1527 with message : null
Error creating JDBC Connection connection to New Derby. (Error:
