I presume you mean that the preview page looks different than staging: My guess is that the stylesheet (content/ctakes/css/ctakes.css) defined in the templates/skeleton.html is overriding the look and feel and the preview page is not using the css when generating the preview. Not sure if there's any good ideas around this...
