Hi Norman,
We added in:
<RemoveDelivery>
..
..
<mail.debug>true</mail.debug>
</RemoteDelivery
But still there is not enough information in the James logs on why it's not
working. From the server we can telnet to port 25 for all these hosts, but
James is saying it can't connect.
So there must be another reason James is saying it could not connect to the
hosts for SMTP, how do we find out why?

Hi there enable javamail debug to get a better idea. I guess its something
related to your ptr record.
To enable javamail debug you can add this to the RemoteDelivery config:
<RemoveDelivery>
..
..
<mail.debug>true</mail.debug>
</RemoteDelivery>
Bye,
Norman
