Looks like a small change in {{PhoenixDatabaseMetaData}}.

> Sqlline has a builtin command {{!primarykeys}}, which shows the columns involved in a rowkey. It sorts them by column name. More interesting for a Phoenix user is the column order, as this has implications on query performance.
