The forward include example also does not work with the
latest build. 

it is trying to accessed :

/examples/examples/include/....

In other words is prefixing the an extract root node to the path to
the JSP.

This should be fixed with my latest putback. I
am trying to verify if the nested includes problem, as
reported earlier, still exists or not.
