The documentation section here https://github.com/apache/incubator-nuttx#documentation links to apache.nuttx.org instead of nuttx.apache.org and also refers to Documentation/index.html in the repo which does not exist. There is also a bad reference to documentation here: https://github.com/apache/incubator-nuttx#general-pre-built-toolchain-issues
