How to complete the Weex report for the board before the deadline of
January 2?
Hey all,
When do you usually start your board report? For Fineract I generally aim
to finish it 2 days before it is due. This gives me a couple of days extra
in case something comes up (and something always seems to come up). For
the upcoming Weex report that would be December 31st.
I also generally put up a template a week or two before that. I send it
out so PMC members can collaborate with me on it. People don't always
participate, but they should at least have the opportunity.

We prepare it in confluence and then copy it into the big report once it's
done.

I already send a draft([DISCUSS] Weex quarterly Podling Report) to the dev@, maybe we could discuss the draft in the mailing list and write the final version to the wiki page.

I see you already have a wiki space:

You've already used it for a couple of reports too.
But it seems to not be public. There appears to be at least one PPMC
member on the administrator list, so y'all should be able to use it. If
you need help, just ask.
