This issue fixes the following to make `checkAnswer` raise `TestFailedException` again instead of `java.util.NoSuchElementException: key not found: TZ` in the environments without `TZ` variable. Also, this issue adds `QueryTestSuite` class for testing `QueryTest` itself.
