set options:
- destinationType: Camera.DestinationType.FILE_URI,
- saveToPhotoAlbum: true,

1) for sourceType Camera.PictureSourceType.PHOTOLIBRARY I receive the following fileURI:
"blob:6F206CC7-D192-4E9A-ACA2-9782C7B601DB"

2) for sourceType Camera.PictureSourceType.CAMERA I receive the following fileURI:
"ms-appdata:///local/photo1.jpg"

This should be standardised towards one format, so that I can uniformly work with the getPicture fileURI result independent whether the source was the photolibrary or the camera.
